RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT BLULOFT.COM

 We want you to be happy with your purchase from BLULOFT.com which is why we offer an exchange policy within a period of 5days on most merchandise (this excludes items that are regarded luxury or exclusive). Your exchange value will be calculated as the purchase price paid on the returned item, less shipping charges. All exchanged items must be returned within a period of 5 calendar days after receipt of item with a valid proof of purchase and all tags attached. Worn or altered Clothing, shoes, bags and accessories may not be returned. Proof of purchase is defined as a confirmation receipt printed online, a packing slip or a direct shipping invoice. Once returns are processed, you will receive a Merchandise credit to be applied to future purchases.

YOUR EXCHANGE OPTIONS

 You will be charged for the shipment of your replacement item using the original form of payment. Use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment and provide alternate payment information if the original form of payment is not available. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience. Misplaced preaddressed shipping label can be requested online through our contact us form

•   Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being exchanged and reason(s).

•   Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.

•   Ship using DHL or any other International cargo provided service. Please insure your package.

•   We'll process your exchange within 48 hours after receipt. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

SALE ITEMS

Merchandise purchased in the sale/clearance category from BLULOFT are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
